With an accomplished career and diverse life background, Eric Snyder is a highly seasoned and sought-after coach on our Just in Time consulting team. Having worked in top HR roles for both large global retailers and successful startups, Eric brings a wealth of insight and consulting experience to our leadership team offsites. His passion lies in organization and team development, with a focus on facilitating breakthroughs during times of transition. 

Eric is a client favorite due to his warm, cordial style coupled with an attentive, high “get it” factor.  Being a world traveler, he’s well-versed and articulate, up to date and tech-savvy, all built on deep multicultural awareness and sensitivity. Eric brings to teams his curiosity and great sense of humor, ease to establish rapport and trust. He has an innate ability to assist others in finding their passions and right fit.

Having “grown up in HR” and learned organizational effectiveness in the Army, he then went on to become chief training and HR development leader for Mervyn's and international travel retailer, DFS.  As Vice President of HR at DFS Group Limited, Eric established training, organization development and communications services across four in-store and two e-commerce retail companies. As VP of HR at Pinkberry Ventures, he worked beside the CEO to guide the creation and leadership of the company's mission, vision, and values, producing strategic and organizational focus for this start-up, worldwide retail premium frozen yogurt chain. He transformed human resources from a transactional role to a strategic business partner. 

Eric earned a BA from UCLA and served on the Board of Directors for two not-for-profit organizations: San Francisco AIDS Foundation and San Francisco Asian Business League.  

On the personal side, Eric has a passion for photography, is married, and currently resides with his husband, Ed, in Phoenix, Arizona.
